Terms of delivery

On all working days: Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

But beware! Once we've presented the package to the delivery service, we no longer have any control over its delivery, and it becomes their responsibility. Therefore, delivery of a package we shipped the same day may still be delayed.

After processing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code.

The Netherlands:               €5.95 (Free with orders over €65.00)
Belgium & Germany: €8.50   (Free with orders over €80,-)
Within Europe €10.50

Do you live in a country other than that listed on the site? Please send me an email so that I can send the order to you with the correct shipping costs.

If the package is not collected from the PostNL collection point and/or is returned to Soof's Pet Supplies, the return costs are the customer's responsibility. If the package needs to be reshipped, these costs are also the customer's responsibility.
