Returns Policy

Would you like to return or exchange your order? We are happy to help you! At Soof's Pet Supplies you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt.

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt.
A return shipment must always be registered in writing, via the email address soofspetsupplies@gmail.com.
After written notification of your return, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt. The costs for return shipping are for the account of the customer.

The return notification must comply with:

• The item must be in its original packaging and in new/hair-free and unused condition.
• Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is required so that we can process your return promptly.

Crediting:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your credit within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exchange:
If you want to exchange an item for another variant or item, please contact our customer service. We will guide you and help you with any price adjustments if applicable.
