Returns Policy

Would you like to return or exchange your order? We're happy to help! At Soof's Pet Supplies, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt.

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt.
A return shipment must always be registered in writing, via the email address soofspetsupplies@gmail.com.
After submitting written notification of your return, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The return notification must comply with:

• The item must be in its original packaging and in new/hair-free and unused condition.
• Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is required so we can process your return promptly.

Crediting:
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the credit within five (5) business days . The refund amount will be refunded via the payment method used for the original order.

Please note that shipping costs are always deducted , even if the original order was free shipping. These costs are actually incurred by us for shipping the order.

Exchange:
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different variant or item, please contact our customer service. We'll guide you through the process and help you with any price adjustments, if applicable.
